Welcome! I am available in-person at two locations. Virtual appointments can be booked at any location.

Please note that March 2026 is my final month at my Coquitlam office.

My current schedule is:

Mondays & Saturdays – Port Moody office

Tuesdays – Virtual office

Thursdays – Coquitlam office

Starting in April 2026, I will be offering counselling appointments on Thursdays in my Maple Ridge office.

I pursued a career in counselling because I enjoy listening to people, trying to understand their experiences, and helping them to overcome their challenges. The idea of supporting people through whatever experiences they are struggling with is something that excites me. In my experiences as a counsellor, I have continually been inspired by the resiliency I have seen in the people I’ve worked with. I appreciate what I learn about life from my clients.

It has been a privilege to supervise student counsellors since 2021. I enjoy seeing them develop and find meaning in the transformational work of being a therapist.
